shipping & returns 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


In order to receive your order in time for Christmas all domestic orders received by December 17th are guaranteed by USPS for Christmas delivery. Domestic US Orders received after the 17th will be shipped with USPS priority to try to get you your order by December 24th.


Delays within USPS are outside of Art of Logan Pack's control, refunds will not be given for orders that are delayed in the shipment process with USPS (unless they are lost in transit or the purchaser sends the item back once it reaches them).

International Orders: 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art of Logan Pack is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

At this time we do not ship to Afghanistan, Barbados, Belgium, Bhutan, Brazil, Caymen Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, Eritrea, Cuba, Estonia, French Guiana, Germany, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Indonesia, Jamacia, Laos, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mayotte, Mongolia, Nepal, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Reunion, Rwanda, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Vanuatu, Yemen (This is due to USPS suspending service in these locations).

Checking Your Order Status:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (US orders) or 21 days (International Orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Items

If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact us at We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
